Street style cheesy masala pav

Masala Pav is a spicy street food snack recipe which is made with pav bhaji masala stuffed to Pav bread. It is a simple variation to pav bhaji recipe where in same pav and bhaji are used in a different way to make it attractive. Here I have used cheese layer with the stuffing. It is a go to snack or can even be eatan as a meal. Bhaji is prepared by finely chopped onion, green capscicum, tomatoe, carrot and spices which is then stuffed in sliced pav and toasted in butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Let's start the recipe.
