Chicken hot dog rolls
A hot dog is a grilled or steamed food where sausage is served in the slit of a partially sliced bun. Chicken hot dog is an easy to prepare snack or breakfast dish prepared with chicken sausages stuffed into a hot dog bun along with cheese, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and mustard sauce. Hot dog preparation and condiments vary worldwide. I will be using here chicken sausage, ketchup, mayonnaise, egg bhurgi, salt, black pepper powder and onions for garnishing. This is a slight indianised version of authentic hot dog rolls. So without much delay let's start the recipe.
Preparation time : 25 mins

12.) Salt - as per taste
13.) Black pepper powder (Kali mirch) - 1 teaspoon
14.) Chaat masala powder - 1 tablespoon
15.) Oil for cooking and frying
Method of Preparation :
How to make Egg bhurji:
1.) Grease the pan with 2 tablespoon of oil on medium high flame and add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum, carrot, green chillies and Saute it for 5 mins. Then add eggs to the mixture, fry it until egg gets perfectly mixed with veggies. Do not overcook the vegetables. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder into it and keep egg bhurji aside.
2.) Grease the Pan/tawa with little bit of oil on medium high flame. Now add chicken sausage and fry it on both the sides until the colour turns golden brown. ( i have used here frozen chicken sausage which was defrosted in microwave for 5 mins and then fried). Keep it aside.
3.) In a small bowl add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, green chilli sauce and mix it well. Sauce is ready to be spread inside hotdog buns.
