Stuffed Mushroom with cheese

Stuffed mushroom is served as a great appetizer. This savory veggies and cheese filled mushroom caps is really simple & tastes delicious that you can ever imagine. Lets learn how to make it.


Preparation time: 30 mins
Baking time: 10 mins
Servings: 2-3

Ingredients needed:
1.) Button mushrooms - 12-15
2.) Capsicum - 1 small chopped into fine pieces
3.) Onion - 1 chopped into fine pieces
4.) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
5.) Salt - as per taste
6.) Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
7.) Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
8.) Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
9.) Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
10.) Cheese ( of your choice, i have used mozzarella) - 1/2 small bowl
11.) Oil/butter- 2 tsp
12.) Bread crumbs - 2-3 tsp

Preparation:
1.) Pull the stem out of the mushroom (to create space for stuffing) & chop the stem into very fine pieces.
2.) Preheat the oven to 350 F.
3.) Chop onion and capsicum into very fine pieces.

4.) Heat oil into a pan. Add ginger garlic paste followed by onions. Saute till raw smell of ginger garlic goes away and onion becomes transluscent.


5.) Add chopped capsicum and mushroom stems followed by spice powders mix it well & let it cook for 10 mins.

6.) Add bread crumbs to the mixture, mix it. The mixture should be thick. let it cool for 10-15 mins.


7.) Now grease the mushroom caps with oil, using the small spoon, fill each mushroom cap with generous amount of stuffing.

8.) Now with small spoon add little amount of cheese on all the mushroom caps.



9.) Arrange the mushroom caps on baking sheet & bake it for 8-10 mins at 350 F.


10.) Enjoy with green chutney and chips or salsa sauce😋
