Mushroom masala

Ingredients:
1.) Mushroom - 250 gm
2.) Onion - 1 large chopped
3.) Tomatoes - 1 small chopped
4.) Tomatoe puree - 1 small bowl
5.) Ginger - 1/2 inch piece finely chopped
6.) Garlic - 2 cloves finely chopped
7.) Dry red chilli - 2
8.) Coriander seeds (sookha dhaniya) - 1 tsp
9.) Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 tsp
10.) Black pepper corns (kali mirch) - 8-10
11.) Coriander powder (dhaniya powder) - 1 tsp
12.) Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
13.) Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
14.) Salt - as per taste
15.) Coriander leaves - few chopped
16.) Bayleaf (tejpatta) - 2
17.) Oil - 2 tbsp

Note: To make mushroom masala more flavorful & tasty, we'll make a special masala with some dry spices.
1. Roast coriander seeds, dry red chilli, cumin seeds (jeera), black pepper corns (kali mirch) in a pan for 1-2 mins.


Method of Preparation:
6. Add special masala to this mixture followed by mushroom and sprinkle some water. Cover and cook till they become soft.
