Potato wedges

Potato wedges are tasty and easy snack item which also goes well with dinner as a side dish. It is very simple to make but tastes awesome. We can make potato wedges in lot of ways using different seasonings, cheese etc but today i will tell you the way i like it. So let's start.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Baked time: 45 mins
Servings: 2

Ingredients needed:
1.) Large potatoes peeled - 2
2.) Olive oil - 2 tsp
3.) Herbs seasoning (you can also use dried oregano & dried basil leaves instead) - 1 tsp
4.) Salt - as per taste
5.) Red paprika powder - 1 tsp 
6.) Lemon juice - 2 tsp
7.) Ground black pepper  - 1tsp

Method of preparation:
1.) Preheat oven to 450℉.
2.) Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting lengthwise in half then slice each half into 3 slices.

3.) Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. add olive oil, black pepper, paprika powder, black pepper, salt, herbs seasoning in that bowl. Toss it all around to coat .

4.) Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 mins in an oven.

5.) After 20 mins, take out baking sheet, use a spatula to stir around the potatoes and return it to the oven for another 20-25 mins or untill potatoes turn golden brown and sizzling.
6.) Once potatoes are out of the oven drizzle lemon juice over it  and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mayonaise. Enjoy 😋😍
